Rental Protection Plan
The Reece Rental Protection Plan is designed to reduce your liability
resulting from possible vandalism, loss or accidental damage to rented items and equipment.
Our Protection Plan could save you thousands of dollars in unexpected expenses and insurance claims in an event of unexpected damage or loss to the tools or equipment you have rented from Reece Rentals.
This plan will apply to most of our rental offerings, and at a small percentage of the rental amount.
Industry competitors offer plans very similar. However the majority companies have the renter sign a damage waiver for damage to rented equipment; the extent of coverage varies widely and most of these plans actually offer very limited (sometimes none at all) coverage. We are confident that you will find Reece Rentals Protection Plan to be a benefit to you, our customer.
Please note, damage resulting from the customer’s breach of the rental contract, gross negligence, and misuse and abuse of rented equipment is excluded from our protection plan.
If you do not wish to limit your liability under our Protection Plan, simply request your insurance company to provide a certificate of insurance that identifies Reece Rentals, Inc., as a loss payee on your rented equipment policy and as additional insured on your general liability policy, and we will gladly remove this coverage from subsequent rentals.
